A re-occurring theme throughout Brian’s early creative development and inline with both Brian and Jennifer’s enthusiasm for mid-century design, Bean embraced the amorphic shape as the vehicle for various methods and mediums, using the bold definition between the bean’s soft curvature and the negative space to define the prominence of both.
